Preparation
  1. Cool the cooked pasta and buffalo chicken strips completely before combining.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta, buffalo chicken, chopped celery, cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the dressing mixture into the pasta bowl and stir to coat the ingredients evenly.
  5. Taste the pasta salad and adjust the dressing to your preferred flavor.
  6. Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, crumble blue cheese over the top and mix gently.

Notes

For added heat, consider adding diced jalapeƱos or cayenne pepper. Store in an airtight container for up to three days for meal prep.
