  • 1 cup shredded chicken Marinated in buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Use high-quality for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing Can substitute with ranch dressing
  • 1 lb pizza dough Roll out to 12-inch diameter
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce Spread evenly on dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese Shredded
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup red onions Sliced
  • 1/4 cup banana pepper rings
  • 2 tbsp melted butter For brushing the crust
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chives or green onions For garnish
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes Optional for extra heat
  • 2 tbsp parsley Fresh, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a pizza stone inside, if using.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and 1 tablespoon of blue cheese dressing in a bowl to marinate.
  3. Spread the pizza dough onto a greased 12-inch pizza pan and poke holes in it with a fork.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the prepared dough.
  5. Sprinkle most of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Cooking
  1. Distribute the marinated chicken, sliced red onions, and banana peppers on top of the cheese.
  2. Add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Drizzle additional blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce over the pizza.
  4. Bake the pizza for 13 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
  5. Mix melted butter, grated Parmesan, and garlic powder; brush over the crust.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden brown crust.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped green onions, red pepper flakes, and parsley before serving.
  2. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality buffalo sauce and let chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes. Allow the pizza to rest for a few minutes after baking for easier slicing.
