- Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in hot sauce, vinegar, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss your baked wings in the Buffalo sauce mixture until they’re all nicely coated.
Serving
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. They can also be frozen; just reheat in a hot oven to crisp them back to life. For a twist, try using different hot sauces or turn them into Buffalo Cauliflower for a vegetarian option.
