Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Chop the apples into small pieces and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Stir in the chopped apples, then pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cheesecake is set but slightly jiggles in the center.
  6. Once baked, remove from oven and let cool completely.
Serving
  1. Drizzle the cooled cheesecake bars with caramel sauce.
  2. Slice into squares for serving.
