Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Chop the apples into small pieces and set aside.
Cooking
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped apples, then pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cheesecake is set but slightly jiggles in the center.
- Once baked, remove from oven and let cool completely.
Serving
- Drizzle the cooled cheesecake bars with caramel sauce.
