- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, oil, garlic, jalapeño, cumin, paprika, vinegar, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Place steak in a large bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the steak. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to high. Oil the grates.
- Grill steak for 3–5 minutes per side depending on thickness and doneness.
- Let steak rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
Notes
Letting the steak marinate overnight will give you the deepest flavor. Always slice against the grain for tenderness.
