Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the carrots.
  2. Grate the carrots using a box grater or food processor.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots with raisins.
Dressing Preparation
  1. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice to the carrot and raisin mixture.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.

  1. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended. For variations, consider adding nuts or chopped apples.
