- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and return it to the pot.
- Add Parmesan cheese, butter, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Using a potato masher or an immersion blender, mash until smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm with additional butter on top if desired.
Notes
Avoid overcooking the cauliflower to prevent a watery mash. For a creamy finish, blend well to avoid lumps. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
