  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Garlic powder can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Any neutral oil can be used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. Measure out the broth and cream.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain excess fat.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add elbow macaroni and cook until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
Serving

Notes

For deeper flavor, brown the ground beef with spices. This soup can be meal prepped and stored for several days. If it's too thick, add more broth or water.
