  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Monterey Jack works beautifully too.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Choose a low-moisture variety.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla. Distribute the cooked chicken on each tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap. Grill the folded wraps in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas turn golden and crispy.

Notes

For a healthier twist, swap the flour tortillas with lettuce wraps. Prepare chicken ahead of time for quicker meal prep. Balance flavors with a squeeze of lime before serving.
