Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the soft dough on a floured surface for ease of handling.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, placing a piece of cheese on each rectangle.
- Roll the dough around the cheese to form a roll-up, ensuring the cheese is well-covered.
Baking
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each roll-up.
- Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and watch them disappear!
Notes
Avoid overstuffing to prevent cheese from oozing out. Ensure dough is rolled to an even thickness to prevent drying out.
