Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Assembly
  1. In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce until simmering, then add the cooked meatballs.
  2. Split the hoagie rolls and place them in a baking dish. Fill each roll with the saucy meatballs and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
