Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup shredded cheese with 1 packet of ranch seasoning.
- Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, making sure not to slice all the way through.
- Generously fill each pocket with the cheese mixture.
- Encase the stuffed chicken breasts with puff pastry or biscuit dough; seal the edges.
- Place the wrapped chicken on a greased baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
- Let them cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
These bombs can be prepped a day in advance. Serve with a side salad for a balanced meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freeze for up to 3 months.
