Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup shredded cheese with 1 packet of ranch seasoning.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, making sure not to slice all the way through.
  4. Generously fill each pocket with the cheese mixture.
  5. Encase the stuffed chicken breasts with puff pastry or biscuit dough; seal the edges.
  6. Place the wrapped chicken on a greased baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let them cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

These bombs can be prepped a day in advance. Serve with a side salad for a balanced meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freeze for up to 3 months.
