Preparation

  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a flat surface, pinching the seams together to create a smooth rectangle.
  4. Evenly distribute the spinach and artichoke mixture over the dough, covering every inch.
  5. Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  6. Use a sharp knife to cut the log into even pinwheels, approximately 1-inch thick.
  7. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
