Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into triangles or rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the seasoned meat on each piece of dough followed by a sprinkle of cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to keep the filling inside.
- Brush the tops of your sticks with olive oil.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
Make sure to use just a spoonful of meat to avoid overfilling. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven. You can freeze them before or after baking for convenience.
