  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough The quick and easy base for these snacks.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Enhances flavor and gives a golden color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into triangles or rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the seasoned meat on each piece of dough followed by a sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to keep the filling inside.
  6. Brush the tops of your sticks with olive oil.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

Make sure to use just a spoonful of meat to avoid overfilling. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven. You can freeze them before or after baking for convenience.
