Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained white beans, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Baking
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use day-old bread crumbs sprinkled on top for additional crunch. Experiment with a mix of cheeses for a more complex flavor.
