Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Generously season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside to rest.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets and chicken broth. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but retains its color.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, add lemon juice, and toss everything together to combine.
  6. Plate the Chicken and Broccoli warm, topping with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

This dish can be served over grains like quinoa or brown rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
