- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil and toss in the Brussels sprouts. Cook for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway until they begin to brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, butter, chicken broth, and paprika. Let everything simmer together for 2-3 minutes uncovered.
- Sprinkle with parsley, serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the skillet. Experiment with different spices like Italian seasoning or lemon zest for enhanced flavors.
