Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the chicken breasts, seasoning them generously with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk until smooth, then pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly across the top. Optionally, toss in some cooked vegetables.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
