Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a crispy exterior on the chicken.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. While the chicken is baking, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl. Toss gently until well coated.
Assembly
  1. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
