For the Biscuit Topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and pour into a large baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the milk until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken filling in the baking dish.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the biscuits.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Can freeze for up to three months.
