Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and pour into a large baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the milk until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken filling in the baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the biscuits.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Can freeze for up to three months.
