Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes, stirring until well combined.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Common mistakes: Overcooking the chicken can make it dry; aim for golden-brown appearance. Not letting the sauce simmer enough may result in a watery dish. Always taste your sauce and adjust seasoning before finishing. For extra creaminess, add a splash of chicken broth for depth.
