Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
Mixing
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, peas and carrots, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then transfer it to the prepared baking dish.
Baking
- If using, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
