Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, peas and carrots, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined, then transfer it to the prepared baking dish.
Baking
  1. If using, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
  2. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
