Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top generously with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Baking
- Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
