Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Prepare the pizza dough according to package instructions.
  3. Slice the peaches and season them with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the chicken in a skillet until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  2. Transfer the dough to a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the dough.
  4. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the base.
  5. Top with sliced chicken and peaches.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove the pizza from the oven once done.
  2. Sprinkle fresh basil over the top for added flavor.
  3. Slice into wedges and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Let the pizza dough rest for 10 minutes after rolling out for better texture. For added crunch, broil the pizza for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze before baking for up to 2 months.
