  • 1 cup Red Grapes, halved Feel free to substitute with green grapes for a different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped Walnuts or slivered almonds can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Celery, diced Can be replaced with diced bell pepper for added flavor.
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt works as a healthy alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be used as a substitute.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Essential for overall flavor.
For Serving
  • Lettuce leaves Crisp romaine or butter lettuce works wonderfully.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grapes, pecans, and celery.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves or in a sandwich.

Notes

For a lighter version, replace half of the mayo with Greek yogurt. Add fresh herbs like dill or parsley for enhanced flavor. Avoid overmixing to prevent a mushy texture and use quality mayonnaise for the best taste.
