- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the orzo according to package instructions.
- In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and broccoli, cooking for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Drain the orzo and add it to the skillet with sausage and broccoli.
- Stir to combine, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Prep ahead by slicing sausage and broccoli in advance. Use one pot for cooking the orzo and another for the skillet for easier cleanup.
