Preparation
  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the orzo according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and broccoli, cooking for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Drain the orzo and add it to the skillet with sausage and broccoli.
