- STEP 3: Incorporate cacao nibs. If desired, add the cacao nibs or chocolate chips and blend again until mixed throughout.
- STEP 4: Portion the pudding. Scoop the pudding into a single container or divide it among 3 to 4 mini containers.
- STEP 5: Cover to prevent condensation. Cover the top with saran wrap, pressing it down against the pudding to avoid condensation forming on the surface.
- STEP 6: Chill to set. Place the pudding in your fridge for at least 3 hours to allow it to set properly.
- STEP 7: Garnish before serving. Garnish with a mint leaf, a dollop of coconut whipped cream, and a sprinkling of cocoa powder before enjoying!
