- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Cooking
- Heat your frying pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the pan, cooking until bubbles form on top.
- Flip and cook until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm with syrup, fruit compote, or powdered sugar.
Notes
