Preparation

  4. Sift the flour and salt into the batter, folding gently until no flour streaks remain.
  5. Divide the batter among the greased ramekins.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but the center is soft.
  2. Let them sit for 1 minute, then carefully invert each onto a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
