Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cookies and butter in a bowl. Mix well until crumbly, then press firmly into mini pie molds.
  3. Bake the crusts for 10 minutes. Set the molds aside to cool completely.
Filling
  1. Beat heavy cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in melted chocolate, nuts, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Spoon the chocolate filling into the cooled crusts until they are generously filled.
Chilling
  1. Chill the pies in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Garnish if desired with additional nuts or chocolate shavings just before serving.
