Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix together milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir in chocolate chips, if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and set.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on top for extra flavor.
