Preparation

Assembly
- Fill each muffin liner halfway with batter. Add a teaspoon of the brown sugar mixture, and then top with more batter until almost full.
- Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top if desired.
Baking
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.
