- In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, corn syrup, orange zest, citric acid, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and continue cooking until it reaches the soft ball stage (about 240°F or 115°C).
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring it into a greased pan.
- Allow the candy to set for several hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
