Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine light brown sugar and crushed graham cracker crumbs on a shallow plate. Pour 1 tsp peach whiskey onto another shallow plate.
  2. Dip the cocktail glass's rim into the peach whiskey, then coat it in the sugar-crumb mixture. Set aside to allow the rim to set.
Mixing
  1. In a cocktail shaker, pour 2 1/4 oz peach whiskey, 1 1/4 oz cream liqueur, and 1/2 oz orange liqueur.
  2. Add 1 cup of ice to the shaker.
Shaking
  1. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the outside feels frosty.
Serving
  1. Strain the cocktail mixture into the rimmed glass.
  2. Slowly pour 1/2 oz heavy cream over the back of a bar spoon on top of the cocktail, allowing it to float.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and ground cinnamon over the cream layer.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, swap standard graham crackers with gluten-free options. You can also add fresh peach slices for a fruity finish. This cocktail can be made in batches for events.
