Baking

Making the Glaze
- In a bowl, whisk confectioners’ sugar with lime juice and optional coconut milk until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake, allowing it to soak in slightly.

- Top with toasted coconut flakes, lime zest, or lime slices for a beautiful finish.
