  • 2 cups coffee, brewed and cooled Use freshly brewed coffee for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cream Enhances the smooth texture.
  • 3/4 cup sugar Adjust based on desired sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Replace with almond extract for a different flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your coffee by brewing a strong cup and allowing it to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled coffee with milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Mix the ingredients until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Churning
  1. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
  2. Churn according to your ice cream maker’s instructions, usually for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. When the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, turn off the machine.
Freezing and Serving
  1. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container.
  2. Freeze for an additional 2-4 hours for a firmer consistency.
  3. Scoop and serve in bowls or cones as desired.
