  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix brownie mix with water, vegetable oil, and egg until fully combined.
  4. Prepare the cookie dough by mixing flour, sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture.
Cooking
  1. Pour half of the brownie mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie layer.
  3. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Serving
  1. Once cooled, cut into squares.
  2. Enjoy them as is, or with a scoop of ice cream.
  3. Pair with fresh fruit for added freshness on the side.

Notes

For a fudgier texture, slightly underbake the brownies. Chill the cookie dough for 10-15 minutes before baking for better structure. Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Experiment with different types of chocolate chips for varied flavor.
