Ice Cream Base
  • 2 cups Cold Heavy Whipping Cream Ensure it’s well-chilled for better whipping.
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk Low-fat versions may alter the taste.
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla for maximum flavor.
Oreo Cookies
  • 10 pieces Oreo Cookies (Crushed) Can substitute with mint Oreos for variation.
  • 5 pieces Oreo Cookies (Chopped) Layer in the ice cream for added texture.

Preparation
  1. Choose a freezer-proof container that can hold at least 6-8 cups.
  2. Pour the cold heavy cream into a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and crushed Oreo cookies until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well blended, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared container, layer with half of the chopped Oreo cookies, then add the remaining mixture and top with the rest of the chopped Oreos.
  6. Cover the container with plastic wrap and freeze for 8 hours or overnight for best results.

Notes

For best results, allow a minute to soften before scooping. Serve with drizzles of chocolate syrup or crushed Oreos for decoration.
