Preparation
- Choose a freezer-proof container that can hold at least 6-8 cups.
- Pour the cold heavy cream into a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and crushed Oreo cookies until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well blended, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour half of the mixture into the prepared container, layer with half of the chopped Oreo cookies, then add the remaining mixture and top with the rest of the chopped Oreos.
- Cover the container with plastic wrap and freeze for 8 hours or overnight for best results.
Notes
For best results, allow a minute to soften before scooping. Serve with drizzles of chocolate syrup or crushed Oreos for decoration.
