- In a large bowl, whisk together the whipped cottage cheese, cocoa powder, almond butter, and sugar until smooth and glossy.
- If adding chocolate or chocolate chips, fold them into the batter for extra indulgence.
Baking
- Pour the brownie batter into the lined pan and top with extra chocolate chips for an alluring finish.
- Bake the brownies for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into decadent squares.
