Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whipped cottage cheese, cocoa powder, almond butter, and sugar until smooth and glossy.
  3. If adding chocolate or chocolate chips, fold them into the batter for extra indulgence.
Baking
  1. Pour the brownie batter into the lined pan and top with extra chocolate chips for an alluring finish.
