Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, add cottage cheese, eggs, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano. Optionally add black pepper for extra flavor.
  3. Using a spatula, stir to fully combine until you have a smooth texture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet pan and spread it out to form a circular crust, being cautious not to spread it too thin.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is slightly golden brown. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes for easier handling.
  2. Spread pizza sauce over the baked crust. Top with cheese blend and sprinkle turkey pepperoni.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Garnish with grated parmesan or chili flakes if desired.
