Base Wrap Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 1 large Egg
  • to taste Seasoning (salt, garlic powder, herbs)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the cottage cheese, egg, and seasonings until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until the surface is firm and slightly golden.
  4. Let the wrap cool for five minutes before filling.
Filling Suggestions
  1. Fill wraps with arugula, mozzarella, roasted peppers, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  2. For a classic option, use turkey and avocado.
  3. For a plant-based version, add grilled veggies and hummus.
Storage & Reheat
  1. Refrigerate wraps individually for up to 3 days.
  2. To reheat, warm briefly in a nonstick pan with no oil.

Notes

Avoid underbaking for best results. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
