- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, diced bell pepper, seeded and diced jalapeño, diced avocado, drained corn, rinsed and drained black beans, and chopped cilantro.
Mixing
- Stir in lime juice, Italian dressing, pressed garlic, and salt. Mix everything together and serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
For best flavor, let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container and consume within 3 to 4 days. Separate avocado until just before serving to prevent browning.
