Preparation

- In a bowl, mix the flour and seasoning blend together.
Breading
- Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture.
- Then dip in the beaten eggs.
- Finally, coat with breadcrumbs.
Frying
- Carefully place the coated chicken tenders in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Serving
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Serve with homemade honey mustard, ranch, or spicy chipotle mayo. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
