Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender: avocado, jalapeño, water, white vinegar, salt, cilantro, and onions.

  3. Taste the salsa and adjust flavors by adding more jalapeño, salt, cilantro, or onion as preferred.
  4. If additional ingredients are added, blend again until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for later enjoyment.

Notes

For the freshest taste, use ripe avocados that give slightly when pressed. To enhance flavor, consider adding lime juice. Store salsa with plastic wrap pressed directly on the surface to minimize browning.
