Preparation
  1. In a saucepan on low heat, combine milk, cream, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  2. Heat until warm throughout, ensuring the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Pour the cooled liquid into a blender.
  5. Add 2 whole bananas and blend the mixture until smooth.
Assembling Popsicles
  1. Place two slices of banana and two vanilla wafers each into popsicle mold.
  2. Pour the milk mixture into each mold, ensuring it covers the banana slices and wafers.
  3. Place one popsicle stick in each mold, pushing it about half-way down.
Freezing
  1. Freeze until firm, approximately 8 hours.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and creaminess. Allow enough time for freezing; overnight works best for ideal texture. For easy removal, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
