Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Lower heat, add Boursin cheese, and stir until melted into a smooth sauce.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Adjust with pasta water if needed. Season and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use gluten-free pasta or dairy-free Boursin to adapt this recipe to your dietary needs. For added flavor, toss in shrimp, chicken, or vegetables.
