Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese over each tortilla wrap.
  2. Evenly distribute the shredded carrots and fresh herbs on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  5. Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for a short time before serving.

Notes

Chill the pinwheels for 15-20 minutes for perfect slicing. Garnish with extra herbs for visual appeal.
