  • 4 cups Beef Broth Vegetable broth can be used for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter option.
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder To taste.
  • 1 tbsp Cumin To taste.

  • 1 cup Cheese For topping.
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. Drain and rinse the kidney beans and corn.
Cooking
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Stir in the kidney beans, corn, and broth. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Slowly mix in the heavy cream and stir until well combined and heated through.
Serving

Notes
