Preparation
- Slice the cucumbers into thin slices and place them in a bowl with salt.
- Let the cucumbers sit for 30 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, dill, lime juice, pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cut radishes into very thin slices and add them to the yogurt mixture.
- After 30 minutes, drain the cucumbers and press them dry with a paper towel.
- Add the cucumbers to the radishes and yogurt mixture, tossing until evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dressing. Ensure you allow adequate chilling time for optimal flavor integration.
