For the Salad

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin slices and place them in a bowl with salt.
  2. Let the cucumbers sit for 30 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, dill, lime juice, pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Cut radishes into very thin slices and add them to the yogurt mixture.
  5. After 30 minutes, drain the cucumbers and press them dry with a paper towel.
  6. Add the cucumbers to the radishes and yogurt mixture, tossing until evenly coated.
  7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dressing. Ensure you allow adequate chilling time for optimal flavor integration.
