  1. In a medium to large bowl, combine thinly sliced cucumbers and chopped red onion. Lightly toss to mix them well.

  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the cucumbers and onions. Gently fold them together, ensuring every piece is coated.
  4. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl, garnishing with additional dill and mint. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
